In the heart of Central Europe, there's a small yet symbolic place where three countries meet simultaneously. It's the triple border, or tripoint, marking the convergence of Slovakia, Austria, and Hungary. Located very close to the Slovakian town of Čunovo, this point has become a geographical curiosity combining art and a touch of humor. The site's main attraction is a triangular picnic table, designed so that each side aligns with a different country. The scene is simple yet striking: three people can sit together, chat, and yet technically be in three different nations. There are no walls, checkpoints, or visible barriers, just a symbolic line that invites reflection. More than a rigid boundary, the site functions as a small memorial park. Travelers and cyclists stop there to take photos, cross borders in a matter of seconds, and enjoy the idea of a shared table. In a continent with a history marked by divisions, this corner reminds us that borders can also be meeting points. An ideal place for neighborhood diplomacy: international disputes can be resolved without leaving the table.

Scotland
The mystery revealed of the gargoyle of Paisley Abbey in Scotland that looks like a Xenomorph from the Alien fantasy-horror saga. Though the abbey dates back to the 12th century, conspiracy theorists and mystery-seekers alike hype theories have still ranged from time travelers to extraterrestrial connections to the Vatican, but the truth about the stone Xeno-Gargoyle is simpler: most of the gargoyles had been replaced during a refurbishment during the early 90's, therefore believing that one of the stonemasons simply had some fun with the work… All this has also created an increase in tourism
France
It is becoming a fashion, suitable for attracting both everyone and naive and gullible people... putting gargoyles with modern features or references to fantastic or extraterrestrial worlds in ancient basilicas. Another example is in the Bethléem chapel (Chapel of Bethlehem) is a Roman Catholic chapel, located in the territory of Saint-Jean-de-Boiseau in the Loire-Atlantique region of France. Classified as a 'historical monument' in 1911 and restored between 1993 and 1995, this construction presents the singularity that some pinnacles are made up of newly created chimeras / gargoyles which refer to prominent characters of American film culture and Japanese television animation : Thus, alongside the more 'classic' centaurs, sirens and the Ankou (the personification of death in Breton mythology), a Gizmo (the good monster), one of the pestiferous Gremlins (the bad monster), the ' usual Xenomorph of the film Alien (as Leviathan, or absolute nothingness, what does not wake up) and even Grendizer (personification of justice, a knight of modern times).

The obscene gargoyle of Freiburg Cathedral ⛪ Germany
Legend has it that a disgruntled mason created this gargoyle and placed it in the direction of the town hall or municipality building. In fact, the members of the Council had commissioned him to do some stonework in the cathedral and had not paid him for his work.

DENMARK
The city of circular gardens
Denmark’s Utopian Garden City is built entirely in circles. Brøndby Haveby was built in 1964 to the design of landscape architect Erik Mygind. Brøndby Haveby mimics the traditional patterns of the 18th century Danish villages, where people would use the middle as a focal point for hanging out, mingle and social interchange between neighbours.
Mexico
Mexcaltitán de Uribe, also known simply as Mexcaltitán, is a small man-made island-city in the municipality of Santiago Ixcuintla in the Mexican state of Nayarit. Its name derives from two Náhuatl words, "mexcalli" and "titlán". Some historians have raised the possibility that it was the Aztlan of the Aztecs, their home city and birthplace from where they set out on their pilgrimage in 1091 that led them to the founding of Tenochtitlan.
